Wednesday Wants | 2.

This weeks Wednesday want's is focused around Knitwear. I've been lusting after some really cool jumpers and cardigans which are going to come in handy these next few months. Following on from my previous post I have been eyeing up some more long-term options on the high street, Knitwear which I think will stand the test of time within my wardrobe! Here are just a few I have recently found...

H&M 'Knitted wool-blend jumper', £24.99.

Knitted wool-blend jumper - Grey marl - Ladies | H&M GB 4

This Jumper from H&M is made from 48% wool and 28% Alpaca, which at this price point is amazing. I have felt it in real life and sadly it is a bit itchy so wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt underneath for me is a must. It comes in 4 colours and is in store now.

Mango 'Open-knit sweater', £49.99.

This jumper from Mango is a very good dupe for this Isabel Marant Etoile Jumper. The raised dropped shoulder is a big trend right now however the colour nor fabric is particularly trend-driven. Is it fully synthetic fabric so it might not be one for this awkward in-between weather.  But is still a strong contender on my wish list!

Arket 'Merino Crew-Neck Jumper', £55.

100% Merino Wool. Arket just knows how to do versatile basics which can fit straight into almost anyones wardrobe. In over 7 colours you can't not find one which will fit into your wardrobe! It is a part of Arket's Merino Yarn Project.

Whistles 'Grey Puff Sleeve Knit', £79.00.
https://www.whistles.com/women/collections/sustainable-collection/puff-sleeve-knit-30655.html?cgid=SustainableCollection_WW&dwvar_puff-sleeve-knit-30655_color=Grey#start=0

This knit is a part of their sustainable collection, made from 61% Cotton and 39% Recycled Polyester. A slightly higher price point, but that is expected from Whistles. Yet again another timeless piece which is oh-so important in a throw-away society, yet the slightly puffed sleeve give it an air of femininity rather than the casual crew-neck. A day to night piece for sure!

Here are just 4 of my current knitwear favourites, all different but with one thing in common: the ability to wear for years to come.

Please let me know what are some of your Autumn/Winter knitwear staples in the comments.

Grace.
